Computerworld: Noting that the news is "encouraging," the TechServe Alliance reported that the U.S. economy added 12,900 IT jobs in January 2010. Researchers found 3.823 million IT jobs in all, still short of the high of 4 million IT jobs that existed in November 2008.
Other metrics also show positive signs for the IT job market. As of yesterday, Dice.com had 58,000 jobs posted, up from 49,000 as of Jan. 4.
