ZDNet: Nielsen and the BBC offer an interesting new view of the most popular areas of the Internet (click link to see graphic.)

According to the latest research, Google continues to be the most popular site on the Internet with 350 million unique users. However, Bing is catching up with 270 million unique users.

Search engines/portals are the most popular category on the Web, but retail is also very popular, accounting for 10 percent of the sites on the top 100 list.
