ChannelWeb: At the South by Southwest Interactive Festival, Twitter CEO Evan Williams unveiled the company's new @Anywhere framework. The new technology will allow third-party sites to tap into Twitter's popularity by allowing site visitors to view Twitter feeds and post their own tweets without leaving the site they are visiting.

So far, 13 sites have signed up for the service, including Amazon, Bing, Digg, eBay, The New York Times, and YouTube.
