Wall Street Journal: At a press conference Friday, Steve Jobs defended the design of the iPhone 4. Although he admitted the "phones aren't perfect," he said that "every phone has weak spots" and fewer than 2 percent of iPhone 4 customers have returned their phones. He even went so far as to call the latest gadget "perhaps the best product made by Apple."

Jobs also announced that iPhone customers can get a free rubber bumper to fix the reception problems, and those that have already purchased a bumper can get a refund.
