Computerworld: In the 2010 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Facebook users gave the site a score of 64 out of 100. That might not seem so bad, but it's about the same as the rating for sites consumers use to prepare their taxes. In fact, the report authors refer to Facebook's showing as an "abysmal performance."

Other well-known sites fared much better:

  • Google 80
  • Wikipedia 77
  • Bing 77
  • Yahoo 76
  • YouTube 73
