Cnet: Since the device's release, some iPad owners have complained that it overheats too easily. Now a class-action lawsuit has been filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California claiming the iPad "overheats so quickly under common weather conditions" that it "does not live up to the reasonable consumer's expectations created by Apple."
Other reports reveal that the iPad can handle temperatures of 32 degrees to 95 degrees Fahrenheit when running, or up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit when off.
