Bloomberg: The bidding war between HP and Dell over enterprise storage vendor 3Par is now in its 18th day. Although it had previously accepted a $32 per share offer from Dell, 3Par announced today that it would terminate that deal and accept HP's $33 per share offer instead.
HP and Dell are the number one and number three largest PC makers, respectively.
